BOOKING POLICIES:

• $40 (CDN) per room/night non-refundable deposit charged at time of booking.
• The full amount is charged if the booking is cancelled within 14 days of the booking date.  This will be refunded (less the deposit) if we are successful in re-booking the room(s).

RATES:

• Off season $155.00+H.S.T.
• Festival Season $175.00+H.S.T.

Off-season rates from October 31, 2011 to April 15, 2012 and from November 1, 2012 to April 15, 2013.
